Pain is a common theme that unites all of us. It has been estimated that up to 80% of adults experience back pain at some stage in their lives.
In this talk Julian Baker will explain the ideas of how we experience pain, introduce fascia and explain how it features strongly in the tissues that hold us together and explain The Bowen Technique a gentle and effective way to address a wide range of pain presentations.
Julian has been a Bowen teacher and Functional Anatomist for nearly 30 years and has treated and taught thousands of people all over the world.
This informal and entertaining presentation will help you to understand better the way the human body hangs together, why it sometimes goes wrong and the best way of fixing it when it does.
